Fresco Yo Essential Veg is a fermentation process, obtained with a particular probiotic ferment, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, to prepare 100% plant-based, prebiotic, probiotic drinks certified VEGANOK.

The drinks prepared with Essential Veg ferments are rich in fiber and vitamin B2. They are low in lipid content and completely free of added sugars.

For the preparation of 100% plant-based Essential Veg food, we recommend using water.

This ferment allows you to obtain a 100% plant-based, probiotic, prebiotic drink, rich in fiber and vitamin B2.

100 ml of the drink meet the daily requirement of Vitamin B2.

Easy in just 4 steps

Step 1

Base preparation

  • Pour the water into the saucepan, add the content of the large Essential VEG bag little by little and stir until any lumps are dissolved.

The heat treatment helps improve the structure of the final product, giving it more creaminess and homogeneity.

Step 2

Heat the water

  • Put the saucepan on the stove, heat it to a temperature of 75/80°C and turn off the heat.
  • Let it cool down to 40°C. To cool faster, you can place the saucepan in a cold water bath.

Step 3

Prepare the beverage

  • Add the content of the Essential VEG Ferments sachet, stirring.

    Attention: never add the cultures at a temperature above 45°C.
Step 4

Fermentation

  • Pour into the jars of the yogurt maker and let it ferment for about 10/12 hours.

  • During fermentation, it is necessary not to stir or shake the product in any way.

  • After fermentation, place in the refrigerator for at least 6/8 hours before consuming.

Any separation of the whey after product fermentation is entirely natural.

TIPS

  • If your yogurt maker has the ability to set temperatures, the ideal is 37°C. If this is not possible, extend the fermentation times.
  • Shake before consuming.
  • You can add sugar or sweetener to taste.
