The ingredients of the Proteico Pro Kit are selected to prepare yogurt with high protein content, at least 20 grams of protein in 200 grams of yogurt produced, rich in high-quality live lactic cultures and lactalbumins, creamy, with significant structure, low acidity, and a typical intense and distinct aroma.
Due to its nutritional characteristics, it is particularly suitable for athletes and can be prepared using different types of milk, even low-fat.
Does not contain added fats and sugars.
The small sachet contains specially selected live lactic cultures, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
The Proteico Pro mixture, contained in the large sachet, is particularly rich in lactalbumins (especially alpha-lactalbumin).
The high nutritional profile of the yogurt, given by the high amount of proteins and amino acids with high biological value, is emphasized by the bioavailability of the nutrients, which confer maximum assimilability to the product.
